Rec Leagues With Multiple Sports
XTSC: Extreme Toronto Sports Club
The XTSC was founded in 2004 as an organizer of both co-ed and single sex sports leagues.
They have locations all over the GTA, including North York. You can put together and register a whole team, or sign up as a free agent and get assigned to one.
Games are professionally refereed, and every game you play is in the same location every week. TRSL: Toronto Recreational Sports League
All TRSL leagues are recreational and non-contract, for adults of all ages, both co-ed and men’s. The TRSL has leagues in North York, as well as Mississauga and Brampton.

Beginners and former pros play with the ASHL, which hosts both ice hockey rec leagues and tournaments for men and women. The league tracks statistics, scheduling, standings, and player attendance tracking - and they have a rewards program that gives you points to help pay down future league fees.
True North Hockey Canada
Having just celebrated its 30th anniversary, the TNHC league focuses on recreational ice hockey for men and women in both Toronto and Brampton.
